- Narrated Abu Huraira Allah Messenger said Allah guarantees to the person who carries out Jihad for His Cause and nothing compelled him to go out but the Jihad in His Cause and belief in His Words that He will either admit him into Paradise or return him with his reward or the booty he has earned to his residence from where he went out
- Narrated AlBara Bin Azib Allah Messenger said O so and so whenever you go to your bed for sleeping say O Allah I have surrendered myself over to you and have turned my face towards You and leave all my affairs to You and depend on You and put my trust in You expecting Your reward and fearing Your punishment
- Then the people of the Gospel were given the Gospel and they acted on it till Asr Prayer and then they were unable to carry on so they were given la reward equal to one Qirat each
- Whatever those long ropes allow them to eat of that pasture or garden will be written as good deeds for him and if they break their ropes and run one or two rounds then all their footsteps and dung will be written as good deeds for him and if they pass a river and drink from it though he has had no intention of watering them even then that will be written as good deeds for him
- Then Abu Muisa requested Muadh to sit down but Muadh said I will not sit down till he has been killed
- He said That was a means of torture which Allah used to send upon whom so ever He wished but He made it a source of mercy for the believers for anyone who is residing in a town in which this disease is present and remains there and does not leave that town but has patience and hopes for Allah reward and knows that nothing will befall him except what Allah has written for him then he will get such reward as that of a martyr
- Narrated Abu Burda father Allah Messenger said any man who has a slave girl whom he educates properly teaches good manners manumits and marries her will get a double reward And if any man of the people of the Scriptures believes in his own prophet and then believes in me too he will also get a double reward And any slave who fulfills his duty to his master and to his Lord will also get a double reward
- Narrated Abu Huraira The Prophet said A horse may be kept for one of three purposes for a man it may be a source of reward for another it may be a means of living and for a third it may be a burden a source of committing sins
- He replied Nothing has been revealed to be concerning them except this comprehensive Verse which covers everything Then whosoever has done good equal to the weight of an atom or a small ant Shall see it its reward And whosoever has done evil equal to the weight of an atom or a small ant Shall see it Its punishment
- Narrated Zaid Bin Khalid Allah Messenger said He who pre pares a Ghazi going in Allah Cause is given a reward equal to that of a Ghazi and he who looks after properly the dependents of a Ghazi going in Allah Cause is given a reward equal to that of Ghazi
- Jihad tying it with a long tether on a meadow or in a garden with the result that whatever it eats from the area of the meadow or the garden where it is tied will be counted as good deeds for his benefit and if it should break its rope and jump over one or two hillocks then all its dung and its foot marks will be written as good deeds for him and if it passes by a river and drinks water from it even though he had no intention of watering it even then he will get the reward for its drinking
- When Allah Messenger was asked about donkeys he replied Nothing has been revealed to me about them except this unique comprehensive Verse Then anyone who does an atom or a small ants weight of good shall see it And anyone who does an atom or a small ants weight of evil shall see it
- Narrated Abdullah Bin Umar Bin AlKhattab Allah Messenger said Your example and the example of Jews and Christians is like the example of a man who employed some laborers to whom he said Who will work for me up to midday for one Qirat each The Jews carried out the work for one Qirat each and then the Christians carried out the work up to the Asr prayer for one Qirat each and now you Muslims are working from the Asr prayer up to sunset for two Qirats each
- Narrated Anas The people of Bani Salama intended to shift near the mosque of the Prophet but Allah Messenger disliked to see Medina vacated and said O the people of Bani Salama Dont you think that you will be rewarded for your footsteps which you take towards the mosque So they stayed at their old places
- Asma later on said I saw Abu Musa and the other people of the boat coming to me in successive groups asking me about this narration and to them nothing in the world was more cheerful and greater than what the Prophet had said about them
- Narrated Abu Huraira Allah Messenger said Horses are kept for one of three purposes A man may keep them for Allah Cause to receive a reward in the Hereafter another may keep them as a means of protection and a third may keep them to be a burden for him
- As for the man for whom the horse is a source of reward he is the one who ties it for Allah Cause and he ties it with a long rope in a pasture or a garden then whatever it eats or drinks in that pasture or garden will be added to his good deeds
- Narrated Ibn Umar That the Messenger of Allah said Whoever keeps a dog or acquires a dog neither of hunting nor to guard livestock then two Qirat are deducted from his reward daily
- w said Abstinence in the world is not by prohibiting oneself the lawful nor by neglecting wealth but abstinence in the world is that you not hold more firmly to what is in your hand than to what is in the hand of Allah and that you be more hopeful of the rewards that come with an affliction that you may suffer if it remain with you
- So Allah put faith into their hearts and Allah Blessed and Most High revealed the Ayah The Messenger believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord and so do the believers and Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear for it is what it has earned and against it is what it has wrought
- Our Lord Lay not upon us a burden like that which You did upon those before us
- He the Prophet prayed tjem je addressed te reciting the Verses O mankind Be dutiful to your Lord Who created you from a single person Adam and from him Adam He created his wife Hawa Eve and from them both He created many men and women and fear Allah through Whom you demand your mutual right and do not cut the relations of the wombs kinship
- Amr Bin AlAs reported that he heard Allah Messenger as saying When a judge gives a decision having tried his best to decide correctly and is right there are two rewards for him and if he gave a judgment after having tried his best to arrive at a correct decision but erred there is one reward for him
- and do not burden them beyond their capacities but if you burden them with an unbearable burden then help them by sharing their extra burden
- He said to me Abu Musa or Abdullah Bin Qais what do you say about the request they have made I said By God Who sent thee on thy mission with truth they did not disclose to me what they had in their minds and I did not know that they would ask for a position
- After this introduction the narrator narrated the tradition that had gone before except that in his version Aouf was reported to have said to Khalid Khalid didnt you know that the Messenger of Allah way peace be upon him had decided In favour of giving the booty sized from an enemy to one who killed him He Khalid said Yes
- And a man who had a bondswoman and fed her and fed her well then taught her good manners and did that well and later on granted her freedom and married her for him is the double reward
- I had often heard Allah Messenger as saying I came and there came too Abu Bakr and Umar I entered and there entered too Abu Bakr and Umar I went out and there went out too Abu Bakr and Umar and I hope and think that Allah will keep you along with them
- Then a second detachment would be sent to them and they would say Do you find amongst them one who had had the privilege of seeing the Companions of the Messenger of Allah and the victory would be granted to them because of him
- Then the fourth detachment would be sent and it would be said to them See it you find amongst them one who had the privilege of seeing one who saw those who saw those who saw the Companions of Allah Apostle and a person would be found and they would be granted victory because of him
- Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger as saying He who attends the funeral till the prayer is offered for the dead for him is the reward of one qirat and he who attends and stays till he is buried for him is the reward of two qirats
- Dawud Bin Amir Bin Saad Bin Abu Waqqas reported on the authority of his father that while he was sitting along with Abdullah Bin Umar Khabbab the owner of Maqsura said Ibn Umar do you hear what Abu Huraira says that he heard the Messenger of Allah say He who goes out with the bier when taken out from its residence and offers prayer for it and he then follows it till it is buried he would have two qirats of reward each qirat being equivalent to Uhud and he who after having offered prayer directly came back would have his reward as great as Uhud Ibn Umar sent Khabbab to Aisha in order to ask her about the words of Abu Huraira and also told him to come back to him Ibn Umar and inform him what Aisha said
- Abu Huraira reported Allah Messenger as saying If anyone gives as Sadaqa the equivalent of a date from that earning earned honestly for Allah accepts that which is lawful the Lord would accept it with His Right Hand and even if it is a date it would foster in the Hand of the lord as one of you fosters his colt till it becomes bigger than a mountain
- Some donated a dinar others a dirham still others clothes some donated a sa of wheat some a sa of dates till he the Holy Prophet said Bring even if it is half a date
- The Messenger of Allah said He who sets a good precedent in Islam there is a reward for him for this act of goodness and reward of that also who acted according to it subsequently without any deduction from their rewards and he who sets in Islam an evil precedent there is upon him the burden of that and the burden of him also who acted upon it subsequently without any deduction from their burden
- Aisha reported Allah Messenger as saying When a woman spends something as Sadaqa out of the household of her husband without causing any damage there is a reward for her and for him too like it for whatever he earned and for her for the wife because of her spending for the sake of Allah and for the trustee also there is a reward like it without any reduction from their rewards
- This hadith has been reported with the same chain of transmitters by Qatada except with this change He who finds it hard to recite the will have a double reward
- Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah as saying If anyone summons other to follow right guidance his reward will be equivalent to that of the people who follow him without their rewards being diminished in any respect on that account and if anyone summons others to follow error the sin of which sins being diminished in any respect on that account
- A man from Banu Asad Bin Khuzaimah asked Abu Ayub AlAnsari if one of us prays in his house then comes to the mosque and finds that the iqamah is being called and if I pray along with them in congregation I feel something inside about it
- The angels come early in the morning sit at the door of the mosque and record that so and so came at the first hour and so and so came at the second hour until the imam comes out for preaching
- Narrated Abu Hurairah If anyone attends the funeral and prays over the dead he will get the reward of one qirat and if anyone attends the funeral until the completion of the burial he will get the reward of two qirats the smaller of them being equivalent of Uhud or one of them being equivalent to Uhud
- It was narrated that Abdullah said The Messenger of Allah said There is no judge who judges between the people but on the Day of Resurrection an angel will come and take hold of the back of his head towards the sky and if it said Throw him he will throw into an abyss the depth of forty autumns years
- He picked up a stone and scraped it off then he said If anyone of you needs to spit he should not spit in fro not of him or to his right let him spit to his right let him spit to his left or under his left foot
- He said Isay Allahumma baid baini wa baina khatayaya kama baadtabainal mashriqiwal maghrib Allahumma naqqini min khatayaykath thawbil abyad minad danas Allahummaghsilni min khatayayabil mai waththalji Albarad OAllah distance me from my sins asYou have distanced the east fromthe west O Allah purify me of mysins as a white garment is purifiedof dirt O Allah cleanse me ofmy sins with water and snow andhail
- It was narrated that Aisha said The Messenger of Allah said Ten things are connected to the Fitrah trimming the mustache letting the beard grow using the tooth stick rinsing out the nostrils with water clipping the nails washing the joints plucking the armpit hairs shaving the pubic hairs washing the private parts with water
- Then Allahrevealed Andkeep yourself patiently with those who call on theirLord morning andafternoon seeking His Face and let not your eyesoverlook them and do not sit with the nobles desiring the pompandglitter of the life of the world and obey not him whose heart Wehave made heedless of Our remembrance meaning Uyainah andAqra and who follows his own lusts and those affair deeds has beenlost He said May they be doomed
- The Messenger of Allah said O Allah increase the wealth of so and so meaning the first one who did not give a camel and give so and so provision day by day meaning the one who had sent the camel
- Audhu bika min sharri kulli dabbatin Anta akhidhun Binasiyatiha Antal Awalu fa laysa qablaka shayun wa Antal Akhiru fa laysa badaka shayun Ant AlZahiru fa laysa fawqaka shayun wa antal batinu fa laysa dunaka shay aqdi annid dayna waghnini minal faqr O Allah Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth and Lord of all things Cleaver of the seed and the kernel Revealer of the Tawrah the Injil and the Magnificent Quran I seek refuge with You from the evil of every creature You seize by the forelock
- You are the First and there is nothing before You You are the Last and there is nothing after You You are the Most High AlZahir and there is nothing above You and You are the Most Near Al Batin and there is nothing nearer than You
- It wasnarrated from Umair that he heard Junadah Bin Abu Umayahsay Iheard Ubadah Bin Samit say Jibrail as came to theProphet when he was suffering from fever and said Bismillahiarqika min kulli shayin yudhika min hasadi hasidin wa minkulliaynin Allahu yashfika In the Name of Allah I performRuqyah foryou from everything that is harming you from the envy ofthe envierand from every evil eye may Allah heal you
- And the Messenger of Allah ruled that if a person blood money was paid in cattle among those who kept cattle the amount was two hundred cows and if person blood money was paid in sheep among those who kept sheep the value was two thousand sheep
- It was narrated from Abdullah Bin Masud that the Messenger of Allah said The blood money of one who killed by mistake is twenty Hiqqah three year old she camels twenty Jadhaah four year old she camels twenty Bint Makhad one year old she camel twenty Bint Labun two year old she camels and twenty Bani Makhad one year old she camels
- It was narrated from Miqdam AlShami that the Messenger of Allah said I am the heir of the one who has no heir and I will pay blood money on his behalf and inherit from him and the maternal uncle is the heir of the one who has no heir he pays the blood money on his behalf and inherits from him
- Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Muhammadibn Yahya ibn Habban that his paternal uncle Wasi ibn Habban said Iwas praying and Abdullah ibn Umar was resting his back on the wall ofthe qibla
