- So he would take her and when she grew up nicely he would say to her father Now if you want her I will give her to you and if you wish I will feed her on your behalf
- Narrated Abu Saeed Ali sent a piece of gold to the Prophet who distributed it among four persons AlAqra Bin HAbis AlHanzali from the tribe of Mujashi Uyaina Bin Badr AlFazari Zaid AlTai who belonged to the tribe of Bani Nahban and Alqama Bin Ulatha AlAmir who belonged to the tribe of Bani Kilab

- Then Ubaidullah uncovered his face and said to Wahshi Will you tell us the story of the killing of Hamza Wahshi replied Yes Hamza killed Tuaima Bin Uodi Bin AlKhaiyar at Badr battle so my master Jubair Bin Mutim said to me If you kill Hamza in revenge for my uncle then you will be set free
- Hamza came near me I threw my spear at him driving it into his umbilicus so that it came out through his buttocks causing him to die

- Narrated AlDhahak that the Prophet said It is not for a slave of Allah to vow about something he does not possess and cursing a believer is like killing him and whoever accuses a believer of disbelief then it is like he has killed him and whoever kills himself with something then Allah will punish him with whatever he killed himself with on the Day of Judgement

- It was narrated from Alamash from Ibrahim who said I woman struck her co wife who was pregnant with a rock and killed her Messenger of Allah ruled that a slave should be given as diyah for the child in her woman and that her diyah should be paid by her Asabah

- For the nose if it is cut off completely diyah must be paid for the tongue diyah must be paid for the lips diyah must be paid for the testicles diyah must be paid for the ends diyah must be paid for the backbone Dynamist be paid for the eyes diyah must be paid for one leg half the diyah must be paid for a blow to the head that reaches the brain one third of thediyah must be paid for a stab wound that penetrates deeply into the body one third of the diyah must be paid for a blow that breaks the bone fifteen camels must be given for every digit of the hands or feet ten camels must be given for a tooth five camels must be given for an injury that exposes the bone five camels must be given
- Then they attacked him a second time and he did the same thing then they attacked him a third time and we threw stones at him and killed him then we threw him into a well and threw stones on top of him

- He the Holy Prophet said Why did you kill him He said I and he won striking down the leaves of a tree and he abused me and enraged me and to I struck his head with an axe and killed him whereupon Allah Messenger said Have you anything with you to pay blood wit on your behalf He said I do not possess any property but this robe of mine and this axe of mine

- The case was brought to Allah Messenger and he gave judgment that the diyat indemnity of her unborn child is a male or a female slave of the best quality and he also decided that the diyat of the woman is to be paid by her relative on the father side and he the Holy Prophet made her sons and those who were with them her heirs
- Hamal Bin AlNabigha AlHudhali said Messenger of Allah why should I play blood wit for one who neither drank nor ate nor spoke nor made any noise it is like a nonentity it is therefore not justifiable to demand blood wit for it
- Then he added What have you said now Wishing to have further assurance from him for his satisfaction he asked again Do you think if I am killed in the way of Allah all my sins will be obliterated from me The Messenger of Allah said Yes it you were patient and sincere and always fought facing the enemy and never turning your back upon him all your lapses would be forgiven except debt

- One of the narrators Qatadah said Hassan narrated to us When death came to him he strove and drew closer to the good town and farther away from the evil town so they put him with the people of the good town

- Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr fromhis father that Abu Salama ibn Abd ar Rahman told him that Umm Sulaymbint Milhan asked the Messenger of Allah may Allah bless him andgrant him peace for advice one time when she had begun menstruating or had given birth to a child after she had done tawaf al ifada on theDay of Sacrifice
