When ye do divorce women, divorce them at their prescribed periods, and count (accurately), their prescribed periods: And fear Allah your Lord: and turn them not out of their houses, nor shall they (themselves) leave, except in case they are guilty of some open lewdness, those are limits set by Allah: and any who transgresses the limits of Allah, does verily wrong his (own) soul: thou knowest not if perchance Allah will bring about thereafter some new situation.

Make not the enemies rejoice over my misfortune, nor count thou me amongst the people of sin."

Ibn Umar said; What do you think if someone becomes helpless and foolish? SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3817		Narrated Jabir Bin Abdullah: Allah Messenger ﷺ once said to me; If the revenue of Bahrain came; I would give you this much and this much. When Allah Messenger ﷺ had died; the revenue of Bahrain came; and Abu Bakr announced; Let whoever was promised something by Allah Messenger ﷺ come to me. So; I went to Abu Bakr and said; Allah Messenger ﷺ said to me; If the revenue of Bahrain came; I would give you this much and this. much. On that Abu Bakr said to me; Scoop money with both your hands. I scooped money with both my hands and Abu Bakr asked me to count it. I counted it and it was five-hundred gold pieces. The total amount he gave me was one thousand and five hundred gold pieces. Narrated Anas: Money from Bahrain was brought to the Prophet ﷺ. He said; Spread it in the Masjid. It was the biggest amount that had ever been brought to Allah Messenger ﷺ. In the meantime AlAbbas came to him and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Give me; for I gave the ransom of myself and Aqil. The Prophet said to him ; Take. He scooped money with both hands and poured it in his garment and tried to lift it; but he could not and appealed to the Prophet; Will you order someone to help me in lifting it? The Prophet ﷺ said; No. Then AlAbbas said; Then will you yourself help me carry it? The Prophet ﷺ said; No. Then AlAbbas threw away some of the money; but even then he was not able to lift it; and so he gain requested the Prophet ﷺ Will you order someone to help me carry it? The Prophet said; No. Then AlAbbas said; Then will you yourself yelp me carry it? The Prophet ﷺ said; No. So; AlAbbas threw away some more money and lifted it on his shoulder and went away. The Prophet ﷺ kept on looking at him with astonishment at his greediness till he went out of our sight. Allah Messenger ﷺ did not get up from there till not a single Dirham remained from that money. But the revenue of AlBahrain did not come till Allah Messenger ﷺ had died. When the revenue came during the rule of Abu Bakr. Abu Bakr ordered an announcer to announce; Whoever had any debt or promise due upon the Prophet; should present himself to me i.e. Abu Bakr. I came to Abu Bakr and informed him that the Prophet ﷺ had said to me ; If the revenue of AlBahrain should come; I will give you so-much and so much; repeating so much thrice. So Abu Bakr gave me in another narration Jaibir said;. I met Abu Bakr after that and asked him to give me what the Prophet ﷺ had promised me but he did not give me. I again went to him but he did not give me. I again went to him for the third time but he did not give me; On that I said to him; I came to you but you did not give me; then I came to you and you did not give me; and then again I came to you; but you did not give me; so you should either give me or else you are like a miserly to me; on that; Abu Bakr said; Do you say; You are like a miserly to me? There is no worse disease than miserliness. Abu Bakr said it thrice and added; Whenever I refused to give you; I had the intention of giving you. In another narration Jabir Bin Abdullah said; I went to Abu Bakr and he gave me a handful of money and told me to count it; I counted and found it five-hundred; and then Abu Bakr said to me ; Take the same amount twice. As often as the last of them passes him; the first of them will be brought back to him; until Allah pronounces His Judgment among mankind during a day whose extent will be fifty thousand years that you count; and he sees whether his path is to take him to Paradise or to Hell. MuwataMalik-017-001-35070		Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya Ibn Said heard Said Ibn AlMusayab say; Keeping gold and silver out of circulation is part of working corruption in the land. Malik said; There is no harm in buying gold with silver or silver with gold without measuring if it is unminted or a piece of jewellery which has been made. Counted dirhams and counted dinars should not be bought without reckoning until they are known and counted. To abandon number and buy them at random would only be to speculate. That is not part of the business transactions of Muslims. As for what is weighed of unminted objects and jewellery; there is no harm in buying such things without measuring. To buy them without measuring is like buying wheat; dried dates; and such food-stuffs; which are sold without measuring; even though things like them are measured Malik spoke about buying a Quran; a sword or a signet ring which had some gold or silver work on it with dinars or dirhams. He said; The value of the object bought with dinars; which has gold in it is looked at. If the value of the gold is up to one-third of the price; it is permitted and there is no harm in it if the sale is hand to hand and there is no deferment in it. When something is bought with silver which has silver in it; the value is looked at. If the value of the silver is one- third; it is permitted and there is no harm in it if the sale is hand to hand. MuwataMalik-017-001-35193		Yahya related to me from Malik that he heard Ibn Shihab say that if a man said to his wife; You are free of me; and I am free of you; it counted as three pronouncements of divorce as if it were an irrevocable divorce. Malik said that if a man made any strong statement such as these to his wife; it counted as three pronouncements of divorce for a woman whose marriage had been consummated; or it was written as one of three for a woman whose marriage had not been consummated; whichever the man wished. If he said he intended only one divorce he swore to it and he became one of the suitors because; whereas a woman whose marriage had been consummated was made inaccessible by three pronouncements of divorce; the woman whose marriage had not been consummated was made inaccessible by only one pronouncement.
