SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1932 | Narrated Ali: Allah Messenger ﷺ sent me; AlZubair Bin AlAwam and Abu Marthad AlGhanawi; and all of us were horsemen; and he said; Proceed till you reach Rawdat Khakh; where there is a woman from the pagans carrying a letter sent by Hatib Bin Abi Baltaa to the pagans of Mecca. So we overtook her while she was proceeding on her camel at the same place as Allah Messenger ﷺ told us. We said to her Where is the letter which is with you? She said; I have no letter with me. So we made her camel kneel down and searched her mount baggage etc but could not find anything. My two companions said; We do not see any letter. I said; I know that Allah Messenger ﷺ did not tell a lie. By Allah; if you the lady do not bring out the letter; I will strip you of your clothes When she noticed that I was serious; she put her hand into the knot of her waist sheet; for she was tying a sheet round herself; and brought out the letter. So we proceeded to Allah Messenger ﷺ with the letter. The Prophet ﷺ said to Habib ; What made you o what you have done; O Hatib? Hatib replied; I have done nothing except that I believe in Allah and His Apostle; and I have not changed or altered my religion. But I wanted to do the favor to the people pagans of Mecca through which Allah might protect my family and my property; as there is none among your companions but has someone in Mecca through whom Allah protects his property against harm. The Prophet ﷺ said; Habib has told you the truth; so do not say to him anything but good. Umar Bin AlKhattab said; Verily he has betrayed Allah; His Apostle; and the believers! Allow me to chop his neck off! The Prophet ﷺ said; O Umar! What do you know; perhaps Allah looked upon the Badr warriors and said; Do whatever you like; for I have ordained that you will be in Paradise. On that Umar wept and said; Allah and His Apostle know best. | The Chapter on Military Expedition And Makkah in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The one who looks at a letter in order to know its written contents in Sahih AlBukhari |

SahihMuslim-017-001-20305 | Shuba reported from Habib: While we were in Medina we heard of plague having broken out in Kufa. Ata Bin Yasir and others said to me that Allah Messenger ﷺ had said. If you are in a land where it this scourge has broken out; dont get out of it; and if you were to know that it had broken in another land; then dont enter it. I said to him: From whom did you hear it ? They said: Amir Bin Saad has narrated it. So I came to him. They said that he was not present there. So I met his brother Ibrahim Bin Saad and asked him. He said: I bear testimony to the fact that Usama narrated it to Saad saying: I heard Allah Messenger ﷺ as saying that it is a God-sent punishment from the calamity or from the remnant of the calamity with which people were afflicted before you. So when it is in a land and you are there; dont get out of it; and if this news reaches you that it has broken out in a land; then dont enter therein. Habib said: I said to Ibrahim: Did you hear Usama narrating it to Saad and he was not denying it. He said: Yes. | The Chapter on Farming And Irrigation Land Of Plague in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 32 in Sahih Muslim |

SunanAlNasai-017-001-12617 | It was narrated from Aisha that the Prophet ﷺ used to kiss one of his wives then pray without performing Ablution.Abu Abdulrahman said: There is nothing for this chapter which is better than this hadith; even though it is Mursal. And AlAmash reported this Hadith from Habib Bin Abi Thabit; from Urwah; from Aishah.Yahya AlQattan said: This is the Hadith of Habib from Urwah; from Aishah. And the Hadith of Habib from Urwah; from Aisha: She prays even if blood drips on the mat is nothing. | The Chapter on Friday And The Heart in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Purification in Sunan AlNasai |

SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-26336 | This tradition has been reported through another chain of narrators on the authority of Aishah.Abu Dawud said: Yahya Bin Saeed AlQattan said to a person: Narrate these two tradition from me; that is to say; one tradition on the authority of AlAmash from Habib about kissing ; another through the same chain about a woman who has prolonged flow of bloos and she is asked to perform ablution for every prayer. Yahya said: Narrate from me that both these traditions are weak in respect of their chains.Abu Dawud said: AlThawri is reported to have said: Habib narrated this tradition to us only on the authority of Urwat AlMuzani; that is; he did not narrated any tradition on the authority of Urwah Bin AlZubair.Abu Dawud said: Hamzah AlZayat reported a sound tradition on the authority of Habib; from Urwah Bin AlZubair from Aishah. | The Chapter on Wishes And Dreams in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Wudu From Kissing in Sunan Abu Dawoud | |
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-26456 | This tradition has also been narrated by Aisha through a different chain of transmitters.Abu Dawud said: All the traditions on this subject transmitted by Adi Bin Thabit and Amash on the authority of Habib and Ayoub AlAla; all of them are weak; none of them is sound. This tradition indicates the tradition reported by AlAmash a a statement of Companion; i.e. Aishah. Hafs Bin Ghayath has rejected the tradition transmitted by Habib as the statement of the Prophet. And Asbat also reported it as a statement of Aishah.Abu Dawud said: Ibn Dawud has narrated the first part of this tradition as a statement of the Prophet ; and denied that there was any mention of performing ablution for every prayer. The weakness of the tradition reported by Habib is also indicated by the fact that the version transmuted by AlZuhri from Urwah on the authority of Aisha says that she used to wash herself for every prayer; these words occur in the tradition about the woman who has a flow of blood. This tradition has been reported by Abu AlYaqzan from Adi Bin Thabit from his father from Ali; and narrated by Ammar; the freed salve of Banu Hashim; from Ibn Abbas; and transmitted by Abd AlMalik Bin Maisarah; Bayan; AlMughirah; Firas; on the authority of AlShabi; from Qumair from Aisha; stating: You should perform ablution for every prayer. The version transmitted by Dawud; and Aasi m from AlShabi from Qumair from Aisha has the words: She should take bath only once every day. The version reported by Hisham Bin Urwah from his father has the words: The woman having a flow of blood should perform ablution for every prayer. All these traditions are weak except the tradition reported by Qumair and the tradition reported by Ammar; the freed slave of Banu Hashim; and the tradition narrated by Hisham Bin Urwah on the authority of his father. What is commonly known from Ibn Abbas is bathing for every prayer. | The Chapter on Menstruation And Ablution in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Those Who Said She Should Perform Ghusl From One Purity To The Other in Sunan Abu Dawoud |
