SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1220 | Narrated Jabir Bin Abdullah: We were in the company of Allah Messenger ﷺ and we assumed the state of Ihram of Hajj and arrived at Mecca on the fourth of Dhu AlHijja. The Prophet ﷺ ordered us to perform the Tawaf around the Kaba and Sai between AlSafa and AlMarwa and use our lhram just for Umra; and finish the state of Ihram unless we had our Hadi with us. None of us had the Hadi with him except the Prophet ﷺ and Talha. Ali came from Yemen and brought the Hadi with him. Ali said; I had assumed the state of Ihram with the same intention as that with which Allah Messenger ﷺ had assumed it. The people said; How can we proceed to Mina and our male organs are dribbling? Allah Messenger ﷺ said; If I had formerly known what I came to know latterly; I would not have brought the Hadi; and had there been no Hadi with me; I would have finished my Ihram. Suraqa bin Malik met the Prophet ﷺ while he was throwing pebbles at the Jamrat AlAqaba; and asked; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Is this permitted for us only? The Prophet ﷺ replied. No; it is forever Aisha had arrived at Mecca while she was menstruating; therefore the Prophet ﷺ ordered her to perform all the ceremonies of Hajj except the Tawaf around the Kaba; and not to perform her prayers unless and until she became clean. When they encamped at AlBatha; Aisha said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! You are proceeding after performing both Hajj and Umra while I am proceeding with Hajj only? So the Prophet ﷺ ordered Abdulrahman Bin Abu Bakr AlSiddiq to go with her to AlTanim; and so she performed the Umra in Dhu AlHijja after the days of the Hajj. | The Chapter on Menustration In Alhajj in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on If I had formerly known what I came to know recently in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1496 | Narrated Ata: I heard Jabir Bin Abdullah in a gathering saying; We; the companions of Allah Messenger ﷺ assumed the state of Ihram to perform only Hajj without Umra. Jabir added; The Prophet ﷺ arrived at Mecca on the fourth of Dhu AlHijja. And when we arrived in Mecca the Prophet ﷺ ordered us to finish the state of Ihram; saying; Finish your lhram and go to your wives for sexual relation. Jabir added; The Prophet did not oblige us to go to our wives but he only made that legal for us. Then he heard that we were saying; When there remains only five days between us and the Day of Arafat he orders us to finish our Ihram by sleeping with our wives in which case we will proceed to Arafat with our male organs dribbling with semen? Jabir pointed out with his hand illustrating what he was saying. Allah Messenger ﷺ stood up and said; You People know that I am the most Allah-fearing; the most truthful and the best doer of good deeds pious from among you. If I had not brought the Hadi with me; I would have finished my Ihram as you will do; so finish your Ihram. If I had formerly known what I came to know lately; I would not have brought the Hadi with me. So we finished our Ihram and listened to the Prophet ﷺ and obeyed him. The Ansar heard of Abu Ubaida arrival which coincided with the Fajr morning prayer led by Allah Messenger ﷺ. When the Prophet ﷺ finished the prayer; they came to him. Allah Messenger ﷺ smiled when he saw them and said; I think you have heard of the arrival of Abu Ubaida and that he has brought something. They replied; Yes; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! He said; Have the good news; and hope for what will please you. By Allah; I am not afraid that you will become poor; but I am afraid that worldly wealth will be given to you in abundance as it was given to those nations before you; and you will start competing each other for it as the previous nations competed for it; and then it will divert you from good as it diverted them. | The Chapter on Military Expedition Of Bahrain in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The warning regarding worldly pleasures amusements and competing against each other in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3774 | Narrated Anas Bin Malik: Allah Messenger ﷺ arrived at Medina with Abu Bakr; riding behind him on the same camel. Abu Bakr was an elderly man known to the people; while Allah Messenger ﷺ was a youth that was unknown. Thus; if a man met Abu Bakr; he would say; O Abu Bakr! Who is this man in front of you? Abu Bakr would say; This man shows me the Way; One would think that Abu Bakr meant the road; while in fact; Abu Bakr meant the way of virtue and good. Then Abu Bakr looked behind and saw a horse-rider pursuing them. He said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! This is a horse-rider pursuing us. The Prophet ﷺ looked behind and said; O Allah! Cause him to fall down. So the horse threw him down and got up neighing. After that the rider; Suraqa said; O Allah Prophet! Order me whatever you want. The Prophet said; Stay where you are and do not allow anybody to reach us. So; in the first part of the day Suraqa was an enemy of Allah Prophet and in the last part of it; he was a protector. Then Allah Apostle alighted by the side of the AlHarra and sent a message to the Ansar; and they came to Allah Prophet and Abu Bakr; and having greeted them; they said; Ride your camels safe and obeyed. Allah Messenger ﷺ and Abu Bakr rode and the Ansar; carrying their arms; surrounded them. The news that Allah Prophet had come circulated in Medina. The people came out and were eagerly looking and saying Allah Prophet has come! Allah Prophet has come! So the Prophet ﷺ went on till he alighted near the house of Abu Ayoub. While the Prophet ﷺ was speaking with the family members of Abu Ayoub ; Abdullah Bin Salam heard the news of his arrival while he himself was picking the dates for his family from his family garden. He hurried to the Prophet ﷺ carrying the dates which he had collected for his family from the garden. He listened to Allah Prophet and then went home. Then Allah Prophet said; Which is the nearest of the houses of our kith and kin? Abu Ayoub replied; Mine; O Allah Prophet! This is my house and this is my gate. The Prophet ﷺ said; Go and prepare a place for our midday rest. Abu Ayoub said; Get up both of you with Allah Blessings. So when Allah Prophet went into the house; Abdullah Bin Salam came and said I testify that you i.e. Muhammad are Apostle of Allah and that you have come with the Truth. The Jews know well that I am their chief and the son of their chief and the most learned amongst them and the son of the most learned amongst them. So send for them i.e. Jews and ask them about me before they know that I have embraced Islam; for if they know that they will say about me things which are not correct. So Allah Messenger ﷺ sent for them; and they came and entered. Allah Messenger ﷺ said to them; O the group of Jews! Woe to you: be afraid of Allah. By Allah except Whom none has the right to be worshipped; you people know for certain; that I am Apostle of Allah and that I have come to you with the Truth; so embrace Islam. The Jews replied; We do not know this. So they said this to the Prophet and he repeated it thrice. Then he said; What sort of a man is Abdullah Bin Salam amongst you? They said; He is our chief and the son of our chief and the most learned man; and the son of the most learned amongst us. He said; What would you think if he should embrace Islam? They said; Allah forbid! He can not embrace Islam. He said; What would you think if he should embrace Islam? They said; Allah forbid! He can not embrace Islam. He said; What would you think if he should embrace Islam? They said; Allah forbid! He can not embrace Islam. He said; O Ibn Salam! Come out to them. He came out and said; O the group of Jews! Be afraid of Allah except Whom none has the right to be worshipped. You know for certain that he is Apostle of Allah and that he has brought a True Religion! They said; You tell a lie. He asked; A virgin or a matron? I replied; I married a matron. The Prophet ﷺ said; Why have you not married a virgin; so that you may play with her and she may play with you? The Prophet ﷺ said; You will reach; so when you have arrived at home ; I advise you to associate with your wife that you may have an intelligent son. Then he asked me; Would you like to sell your camel? I replied in the affirmative and the Prophet ﷺ purchased it for one Uqiya of gold. When the Ansar heard of the arrival of Abu Ubaida on the next day they offered the morning prayer with the Prophet ﷺ and when the morning prayer had finished; they presented themselves before him. I said: My camel has delayed me and is tired; so I have lagged behind. He the Holy Prophet got down and goaded it with a crooked stick and then said: Mount it. So I mounted and to my great surprise I saw it moving so quickly that I had to restrain it from going ahead of Allah Messenger ﷺ. He the Holy Prophet in the course of journey said to me : Have you married? I said: Yes. He again said: Is it with a virgin or one previously married? I said. With one previously married; whereupon he again said: Why not with a young girl with whom you could sport and she could have sported with you? I said: I have sisters; so I preferred to marry a woman who could keep them together as one family. who could comb them and look after them. He said: You are about to go to your house ; and there you have the enjoyment of the wife company. He again said: Do you want to sell your camel? I said: Yes. It is not poverty that I fear for you; but what I fear for you is that the world will be presented for you just as it was presented for those before you;then you will compete for it; just as they competed for it; and it will destroy you; just as it destroyed them. | The Chapter on Military Expedition Of Bahrain in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Chapters on the description of the Day of Judgement AlRiqaq and AlWara in Sunan AlTermithi |

Then he said words to the effect that: The camel got tried and the Prophet hit it; so it became energetic and came to the front of the army. The Prophet said: O Jabir; I see that your camel has become energetic. I said: It is because of your blessing; O Messenger of Allah; He said: Sell it to me; and you can ride it till we arrive in AlMadinah. So I sold it to him. I was in great need of it myself but I felt too shy to refuse. When we finished our campaign; and we were close to AlMadinah; I asked his permission to go on ahead. I said: O Messenger of Allah; I am newly married. He said; Have you married a virgin or a previously married woman? I said: A previously married woman; O Messenger of Allah. Abdullah Bin Arm died and left behind young druthers; and I did not like to bring to them someone who was like them; so I married a previously married woman who could teach the; and rise them with good manners. So he gave me permission; and said to me; Go to When I arrived; I told my maternal uncle that I had sold the camel and he scolded me. When the Messenger of Allah came; I brought the camel to him; and he gave me the price of the camel; and the camel; and share of the spoils of war with the rest of the people. | The Chapter on Camels And Herdsmen And Almedinah in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on A Sale In Which There Is A condition And Both The Sale and The Condition Are Valid in Sunan AlNasai |

SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-25483 | Narrated Asma bint Abu Bakr: We came out for performing hajj along with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When we reached AlAraj; the Messenger of Allah ﷺ alighted and we also alighted. Aisha sat beside the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and I sat beside my father Abu Bakr. The equipment and personal effects of Abu Bakr and of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were placed with Abu Bakr slave on a camel. Abu Bakr was sitting and waiting for his arrival. He arrived but he had no camel with him. He asked: Where is your camel? He replied: I lost it last night. Abu Bakr said: There was only one camel; even that you have lost. He then began to beat him while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was smiling and saying: Look at this man who is in the sacred state putting on ihram ; what is he doing? Ibn Abu Rizmah said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ spoke nothing except the words: Look at this man who is in the sacred state wearing ihram ; what is he doing? SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-29574 | Narrated Yala Ibn Munyah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ announced an expedition; and I was a very old man and I had no servant. I; therefore; sought a hireling who would serve instead of me; and I would give him his portion. So I found a man. When the time of departure arrived; he came to me and said: I do not know what would be the portions; and how much would be my portion. So offer something as wages to me; whether there would be any portion or not. I offered three dinars as his wages for him. When some booty arrived; I wanted to offer him his portion. But I remembered the dinars; so I went to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned the matter to him. He said: All I can find for him regarding this expedition of his in this world and the next is three dinars which were offered him. | The Chapter on Booties Of Almaghazi in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on A Man Who Fights For The Wages Of His Service in Sunan Abu Dawoud

MuwataMalik-017-001-34895 | Malik related to me from Umar Ibn Abdulrahman Ibn Dalaf AlMuzani from his father that a man from the Juhayna tribe used to buy camels before people set out for hajj and sell them at a higher price. Then he travelled quickly and used to arrive in Makka before the others who set out for hajj. He went bankrupt and his situation was put before Umar Ibn AlKhattab; who said; O People! AlUsayfi; AlUsayfi of the Juhayna; was satisfied with his deen and his trust because it was said of him that he arrived before the others on hajj. He used to incur debts which he was not careful to repay; so all of his property has been eaten up by it. Whoever has a debt against him; let him come to us tomorrow and we will divide his property between his creditors. Beware of debts! Their beginning is a worry and their end is destitution. | The Chapter on Debt And Creditors And Wealth in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Hair in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35915 | Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya Ibn Said from Ata Ibn Abi Rabah that a mawla of Asma bint Abi Bakr told him; We arrived at Mina with Asma bint Abi Bakr at the end of the night; and I said to her; We have arrived at Mina at the end of the night; and she said; We used to do that with one who was better than you. | The Chapter on Cities And Alquran in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Business Transactions in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35963 | Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu Bakr Ibn Nafi from his father that the daughter of one of Safiya bint Abi Ubayd brothers was bleeding after she had given birth to a child at Muzdalifa. She and Safiya were delayed and did not arrive at Mina until after the sun had set on the day of sacrifice. Abdullah Ibn Umar told them both to stone the jamra at the time they arrived and he did not think that they owed anything. Yahya said that Malik was asked about some one who forgot to stone one of the jamras on one of the days of Mina until it was evening and he said; He should throw the stones at whatever time of day or night he remembers; just as he would pray the prayer if he forgot it and then remembered it at any time of day or night. If he remembers that he has not done the stoning after he has returned to Makka; or after he has left; he must sacrifice an animal. | The Chapter on Special Days Of Fasting in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Fasting in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-36118 | Yahya related to me from Malik that Nafi and Abdullah Ibn Dinar told him that Abdullah Ibn Umar arrived at Kufa and went to Sad Ibn Abi Waqqas; who was the Amir of Kufa at that time. Abdullah Ibn Umar saw him wiping over his leather socks and disapproved of it. So Sad said to him; Ask your father when you get back. Abdullah returned but forgot to ask Umar about the matter until Sad arrived and said; Have you asked your father? and he said; No. Abdullah then asked Umar and Umar replied; If your feet are ritually pure when you put them in the leather socks then you can wipe over the socks. Abdullah said ;What about if we have just come from relieving ourselves? Umar said; Yes; even if you have just come from relieving yourself. | The Chapter on Personal Hygiene And Tayammum in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Burials in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-36214 | Yahya related to me from Malik thatYahya Ibn Said used to say; Even if someone manages to pray before the time of the prayer has passed; the time that has passed him by is more important; or better; than his family and wealth. Yahya said that Malik said; If the time for a prayer comes and a traveller delays a prayer through neglect or forgetfulness until he reaches his family; he should do that prayer in full if he arrives within the time. But if he arrives when the time has past; he should do the travelling prayer. That way he only repays what he owes. Malik said; This is what I have found the people and men of knowledge doing in our community. Malik explained that shafaq was the redness in the sky after the sun had set; and said; When the redness has gone then the isha prayer is due and you have left the time of maghrib. | The Chapter on Bowing In Obligatory Prayers in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Qibla in Muwata Malik |
