SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1233Narrated Aisha: I asked the Prophet ﷺ about the wall outside the Kaba. Is it regarded as part of the Kaba? He replied; Yes. I said; Then why didnt the people include it in the Kaba? He said; Because your people ran short of money. I asked; Then why is its gate so high? He replied; Your people did so in order to admit to it whom they would and forbid whom they would. Were your people not still close to the period of ignorance; and were I not afraid that their hearts might deny my action; then surely I would include the wall in the Kaba and make its gate touch the ground. The Chapter on The Kabah in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on What uses of AlLau are allowed in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-2867Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah Messenger ﷺ saying From among my followers; a group o 70;000 will enter Paradise without being asked for their accounts; Their faces will be shining like the moon. Ukasha Bin Muhsin AlAsadi got up; lifting his covering sheet and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ Invoke Allah for me that He may include me with them. The Prophet ﷺ said! O Allah! Make him from them. Then another man from AlAnsar got up and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Invoke Allah for me that He may include me with them. SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5721Narrated Aisha: I asked the Prophet ﷺ whether the round wall near Kaba was part of the Kaba. The Prophet ﷺ replied in the affirmative. I further said; What is wrong with them; why have they not included it in the building of the Kaba? He said; Dont you see that your people Quraish ran short of money so they could not include it inside the building of Kaba ? I asked; What about its gate? Why is it so high? He replied; Your people did this so as to admit into it whomever they liked and prevent whomever they liked. Were your people not close to the Pre-Islamic Period of ignorance i.e. they have recently embraced Islam and were I not afraid that they would dislike it; surely I would have included the area of the wall inside the building of the Kaba and I would have lowered its gate to the level of the ground. The Chapter on The Kabah in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The superiority of Makkah and its buildings and the statement of Allah Taala in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-5723Narrated Yazid Bin Ruman from Urwa: Aisha said that the Prophet ﷺ said to her; O Aisha! Were your nation not close to the Pre-Islamic Period of Ignorance; I would have had the Kaba demolished and would have included in it the portion which had been left; and would have made it at a level with the ground and would have made two doors for it; one towards the east and the other towards the west; and then by doing this it would have been built on the foundations laid by Abraham. That was what urged Ibn AlZubair to demolish the Kaba. Jazz said; I saw Ibn AlZubair when he demolished and rebuilt the Kaba and included in it a portion of AlHijr the unroofed portion of Kaba which is at present in the form of a compound towards the northwest of the Kaba. I saw the original foundations of Abraham which were of stones resembling the humps of camels. So Jarir asked Yazid; Where was the place of those stones? Jazz said; I will just now show it to you. So Jarir accompanied Yazid and entered AlHijr; and Jazz pointed to a place and said; Here it is. Jarir said; It appeared to me about six cubits from AlHijr or so.The Chapter on Kabah Door in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The superiority of Makkah and its buildings and the statement of Allah Taala in Sahih AlBukhari

SahihMuslim-017-001-17914It has been reported on the authority of Anas Bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to visit Umm Haram daughter of Milhan who was the sister of his foster-mother or his father aunt. She was the wife of Ubada Bin Samit; One day the Messenger of Allah ﷺ paid her a visit. She entertained him with food and then sat down to rub his head. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ dozed off and when he woke up after a while ; he was laughing. She asked: What made you laugh. Messenger of Allah? He said: Some people from my Umma were presented to me who were fighters in the way of Allah and were sailing in this sea. Gliding smoothly on the water ; they appeared to be kings or like kings sitting on thrones the narrator has a doubt about the actual expression used by the Holy Prophet. She said: Messenger of Allah; pray to Allah that He may include me among these warriors. He prayed for her. Then he placed his head down and dozed off again. He woke up laughing; as before. She said I said: Messenger of Allah; what makes you laugh? He replied: A people from my Umma were presented to me. They were fighters in Allah way. He described them in the same words as he had described the first warriors. She said: Messenger of Allah; pray to God that He may include me among these warriors. He said: You are among the first ones. Umm Haram daughter of Milhan sailed in the aea in the time of Muawiya. When she came out of the sea and was going to mount a riding animal she fell down and died. The Chapter on Fragrances And Presents in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 49 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-17915It has been narrated on the authority of Umm Haram and she was the aunt of Anas who said: The Prophet ﷺ came to us one day and had a nap in our house. When he woke up; he was laughing. I said: Messenger of Allah; what made you laugh? He said: I saw a people from my followers sailing on the surface of the sea looking like kings sitting on their thrones. I said: Pray to Allah that He may include me among them. He said: You will be among them. He had a second nap; woke up and was laughing. I asked him the reason for his laughter. He gave the same reply. I said: Pray to Allah that He may include me among them. He said: You are among the first ones. Anas said: Ubada Bin Samit married her. He joined a naval expedition and took her along with him. When she returned; a mule was brought for her. While mounting it she fell down; broke her neck and died. The Chapter on Enemies And Groups And The Revaltion in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 49 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-20637Yazid Bin Hayan reported: We went to him Zaid Bin Arqam and said to him. You have found goodness for you had the honour to live in the company of Allah Messenger ﷺ and offered prayer behind him; and the rest of the hadith is the same but with this variation of wording that lie said: Behold; for I am leaving amongst you two weighty things; one of which is the Book of Allah; the Exalted and Glorious; and that is the rope of Allah. He who holds it fast would be on right guidance and he who abandons it would be in error; and in this hadith these words are also found: We said: Who are amongst the members of the household? Arent the wives of the Holy Prophet included amongst the members of his house hold? Thereupon he said: No; by Allah; a woman lives with a man as his wife for a certain period; he then divorces her and she goes back to her parents and to her people; the members of his household include his ownself and his kith and kin who are related to him by blood and for him the acceptance of Zakat is prohibited. The Chapter on Enemies And Groups And Household in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 4 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-23161Aisha Allah be pleased with her reported: I asked Allah Messenger ﷺ about the wall; circumpassing the House i. e. whether the wall on the side of Hijr was included in the Kaba. He said; Yes. I said: Then why did they not include it in the House? He said: Your people ran short of the means to do so. I said: Why is it that the level of its door is raised high? He said: Your people did it so that they should admit one whom they liked; and forbid him whom they disliked; and if your people were not new converts to faith; and I did not apprehend that their hearts would feel agitated at this. I would have definitely included the area of this wall-in the House and would have brought the door to the level of the ground. The Chapter on Kabah Door in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 70 in Sahih Muslim
SahihMuslim-017-001-23376Qatada has narrated a hadith like this with another chain of transmitters. In the hadith transmitted by Jarir on the authority of Sulaiman; Qatada further words are: When the Quran is recited in prayer ; you should observe silence; and the following words are not found in the hadith narrated by anyone except by Abu Kamil who heard it from Abu Awina and the words are : Verily Allah vouchsafed through the tongue of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ this: Allah listens to him who praises Him. Abu Ishaq a student of Imam Muslim said: Abu Bakr the son of Abu Nadr sister has critically discussed this hadith. Imam Muslim said: Whom can you find a more authentic transmitter of hadith than Sulaiman? Abu Bakr said to him Imam Muslim : What about the hadith narrated by Abu Huraira; i.e. the hadith that when the Quran is recited in prayer observe silence? He Abu Bakr again said: Then; why have you not included it in your compilation ? He Imam Muslim said: I have not included in this every hadith which I deem authentic; I have recorded only such ahadith on which there is an agreement amongst the Muhaddithin apart from their being authentic. The Chapter on Idolaters And Infidels And Killing in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 16 in Sahih Muslim

He then washed his right foot including his shank; and then washed his left foot including shank; and then said: This is how I saw Allah Messenger ﷺ perform his ablution. MuwataMalik-017-001-34292Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya Ibn Said from AlQasim Ibn Muhammad from Salih Ibn Khawat that Sahl Ibn Abi Hathma related to him that the form of the prayer of fear was that the imam stood with a group of his companions; while another group faced the enemy. The imam prayed one raka with them; including the prostration; and then stood. He remained standing while they completed the remaining raka by themselves. They then said the taslim; left; and formed up opposite the enemy while the imam remained standing. Then the others who had not prayed came forward and said the takbir behind the imam and he prayed one raka with them; including the prostration. He then said the taslim; while they stood up and prayed the remaining raka by themselves. Then they said the taslim. The Chapter on Imam Led Prayers And Prostration in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Prayer in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-34915Yahya said; I heard Malik say that if a man pledges his garden for a stated period and the fruits of that garden are ready before the end of that period; the fruits are not included in the pledge with the real estate; unless it is stipulated by the pledger in his pledge. However; if a man receives a slave-girl as a pledge and she is pregnant or she becomes pregnant after his taking her as a pledge; her child is included with her. A distinction is made between the fruit and the child of the slave-girl. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said; If someone sells a palm which has been pollinated; the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates its inclusion. The undisputed way of doing things in our community is that if a man sells a slave-girl or an animal with a foetus in its womb; the foetus belongs to the buyer; whether or not the buyer stipulates it. The palm is not like the animal. Fruit is not like the foetus in its mother womb. Part of what clarifies that is also that it is the usage of people to have a man pawn the fruit of the palm apart from the palm. No one pawns the foetus in its mother womb whether of slaves or animals. The Chapter on Agriculture And Selling Of Fruits in HodHood Indexing, The Book of The Evil Eye in Muwata Malik
MuwataMalik-017-001-35573Yahya related to me from Malik from Thawr Ibn Zayd AlDili from a son of Abdullah Ibn Sufyan AlThaqafi from his grandfather Sufyan Ibn Abdullah that Umar Ibn AlKhattab once sent him to collect zakat. He used to include sakhlas when assessing zakat ; and they said; Do you include sakhlas even though you do not take them as payment ? He returned to Umar Ibn AlKhattab and mentioned that to him and Umar said; Yes; you include a sakhla which the shepherd is carrying; but you do not take it. Neither do you take an akula; or a rubba; or a makhid; or male sheep and goats in their second and third years; and this is a just compromise between the young of sheep and goats and the best of them. Malik said; A sakhla is a newborn lamb or kid. A rubba is a mother that is looking after her offspring; a makhid is a pregnant ewe or goat; and an akula is a sheep or goat that is being fattened for meat. Malik said; about a man who had sheep and goats on which he did not have to pay any zakat; but which increased by birth to a zakatable amount on the day before the zakat collector came to them; If the number of sheep and goats along with their newborn offspring reaches a zakatable amount then the man has to pay zakat on them. That is because the offspring of the sheep are part of the flock itself. It is not the same situation as when some one acquires sheep by buying them; or is given them; or inherits them. Rather; it is like when merchandise whose value does not come to a zakatable amount is sold; and with the profit that accrues it then comes to a zakatable amount. The owner must then pay zakat on both his profit and his original capital; taken together. If his profit had been a chance acquisition or an inheritance he would not have had to pay zakat on it until one year had elapsed over it from the day he had acquired it or inherited it. Malik said; The young of sheep and goats are part of the flock; in the same way that profit from wealth is part of that wealth. There is; however; one difference; in that when a man has a zakatable amount of gold and silver; and then acquires an additional amount of wealth; he leaves Aasi de the wealth he has acquired and does not pay zakat on it when he pays the zakat on his original wealth but waits until a year has elapsed over what he has acquired from the day he acquired it. Whereas a man who has a zakatable amount of sheep and goats; or cattle; or camels; and then acquires another camel; cow; sheep or goat; pays zakat on it at the same time that he pays the zakat on the others of its kind; if he already has a zakatable amount of livestock of that particular kind. Malik said; This is the best of what I have heard about this. The Chapter on Zakat Of Live Stock in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Itikaf in Ramadan in Muwata Malik
