SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3965 | Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah Messenger ﷺ said; When Khosrau perishes; there will be no more Khosrau after him; and when Caesar perishes; there will be no more Caesar after him. By Him in Whose Hands Muhammad life is; you will spend the treasures of both of them in Allah Cause. | The Chapter on Alansar And Day Of Perishing in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The signs of Prophethood in Islam in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-3966 | Narrated Jabir Bin Samura: The Prophet ﷺ said; When Khosrau perishes; there will be no more Khosrau a after him; and when Caesar perishes; there will be no more Caesar after him; The Prophet ﷺ also said; You will spend the treasures of both of them in Allah Cause. | The Chapter on Alansar And Day Of Perishing in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The signs of Prophethood in Islam in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4086 | Narrated Anas Bin Malik: Abu Talha had the greatest wealth of date-palms amongst the Ansar in Medina; and he prized above all his wealth his garden Bairuha; which was situated opposite the Masjid of the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet used to enter It and drink from its fresh water. When the following Divine Verse came:- By no means shall you attain piety until you spend of what you love; 3.92 Abu Talha got up saying. O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Allah says; You will not attain piety until you spend of what you love; and I prize above AlI my wealth; Bairuha which I want to give in charity for Allah Sake; hoping for its reward from Allah. So you can use it as Allah directs you. On that the Prophet ﷺ said; Bravo! It is a profitable or perishable property. Ibn Maslama is not sure as to which word is right; i.e. profitable or perishable. I have heard what you have said; and I recommend that you distribute this amongst your relatives. On that Abu Talha said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! I will do as you have suggested. So; Abu Talha distributed that garden amongst his relatives and cousins. | The Chapter on Wealth And Spending in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on If somebody gives a piece of land as an endowment and does not mark its boundaries in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4559 | Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet ﷺ said; Let the slave of Dinar and Dirham; of Quantify and Khamisa perish as he is pleased if these things are given to him; and if not; he is displeased. Let such a person perish and relapse; and if he is pierced with a thorn; let him not find anyone to take it out for him. Paradise is for him who holds the reins of his horse to strive in Allah Cause; with his hair unkempt and feet covered with dust: if he is appointed in the vanguard; he is perfectly satisfied with his post of guarding; and if he is appointed in the rearward; he accepts his post with satisfaction; he is so simple and unambiguous that if he asks for permission he is not permitted; and if he intercedes; his intercession is not accepted. | The Chapter on Allah And Prophets Glory And Resurrection in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Vigilance during holy battles in Allah Cause in Sahih AlBukhari

He said to him; O Hunai! Dont oppress the Muslims and ward off their curse invocations against you for the invocation of the oppressed is responded to by Allah ; and allow the shepherd having a few camels and those having a few sheep to graze their animals ; and take care not to allow the livestock of Abdulrahman Bin Auf and the livestock of Uthman Bin Affan; for if their livestock should perish; then they have their farms and gardens; while those who own a few camels and those who own a few sheep; if their livestock should perish; would bring their dependents to me and appeal for help saying; O chief of the believers! O chief of the believers! Would I then neglect them? No; of course. So; I find it easier to let them have water and grass rather than to give them gold and silver from the Muslims treasury. By Allah; these people think that I have been unjust to them. This is their land; and during the prelslamic period; they fought for it and they embraced Islam willingly while it was in their possession. By Him in Whose Hand my life is! Were it not for the animals in my custody which I give to be ridden for striving in Allah Cause; I would not have turned even a span of their land into a Hima. | The Chapter on Live Stock And Sheep Grazing in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on If some people in a hostile nonMuslim country embrace Islam and they have possessions in Sahih AlBukhari

Allah says in His Book; You will not attain righteousness unless you spend in charity that which you love; and verily; the most beloved to me of my property is Beeruha garden ; so I give it in charity and hope for its reward from Allah. O Allah Apostle! Spend it wherever you like. Allah Messenger ﷺ appreciated that and said; That is perishable wealth; that is perishable wealth. I have heard what you have said; I suggest you to distribute it among your relatives. Abu Talha said; I will do so; O Allah Messenger ﷺ. So; Abu Talha distributed it among his relatives and cousins. The sub-narrator Malik said: The Prophet ﷺ said: That is a profitable wealth; instead of perishable wealth. | The Chapter on Wealth And Spending in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on If a person tells his deputy Spend it as Allah directs you in Sahih AlBukhari

If I inform you that cavalrymen are proceeding up the side of this mountain; will you believe me? They said; We have never heard you telling a lie. Then he said; I am a plain warner to you of a coming severe punishment. Abu Lahab said; May you perish! You gathered us only for this reason? Then Abu Lahab went away. SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-27391 | Ibn Umar reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Anyone who loses his Asr prayer is like a person whose family has perished and whose property has been plundered.Abu Dawud said: Abdullah Bin Umar narrated the word utira instead of wutira; meaning perished. The dispute on this point goes back to Ayoub. AlZuhri reported from Salim on the authority of this father from the Prophet ﷺ the word wutira. | The Chapter on Alansar And Day Of Perishing in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The Time For Asr Prayer in Sunan Abu Dawoud
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-28292 | It was narrated from Abdullah Bin Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: An omen is in a dwelling; a woman or a horse.Abu Dawud said: This tradition was read out to AlHarith Bin Miskin and I was witness. It was said to him that Ibn Qasim told him that Malik was asked about evil omen in a horse and in a house. He replied: There are many houses in which people lived and perished and again others lived therein and they also perished. This is its explanation so far as we know. Allah knows best.Abu Dawud said: Umar ra said: A mat in a house better than a woman who does not give birth to a child. | The Chapter on Mother And Ansar in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on AtTiyarah in Sunan Abu Dawoud
SunanAbuDawoud-017-001-28882 | Narrated Hanzlah Bin Qais AlAnsari: I asked Rafi Bin Khadeej about the lease of land for gold and silver i.e. for dinars and dirhams. There is no harm in it; for the people used to let out land in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for what grew by the current of water and at the banks of streamlets and at the places of cultivation. So sometimes this portion perished and that portion was saved; and sometimes this remained intact and that perished. There was no form of lease among the people except this. Therefore; he forbade it. But if there is something which is secure and known; then there is no harm in it. The tradition of Ibrahim is more perfect. Qutaibah said: from Hanzalah on the authority of Rafi.Abu Dawud said: A similar tradition has been transmitted by Yahya Bin Saeed from Hanzalah. | The Chapter on Farming And Irrigation Fruits in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on Muzaraah Sharecropping in Sunan Abu Dawoud |
