By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah's will, by the rabbis and the doctors of law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) Unbelievers.

SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4062		Narrated Aisha: the wife of the Prophet Utba Bin Abi Waqqas entrusted his son to his brother Saad Bin Abi Waqqas saying; The son of the slave-girl of Zama is my illegal son; take him into your custody. So during the year of the Conquest of Mecca Saad took the boy and said; This is my brother son whom my brother entrusted to me. Abu Bin Zam got up and said; He is my brother and the son of the slave girl of my father and was born on my father bed. Then both of them came to Allah Apostle and Saad said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! This is my brother son whom my brother entrusted to me. Then Abu Bin Zama got up and said; This is my brother and the son of the slave-girl of my father. Allah Messenger ﷺ said; O Abu Bin Zama! This boy is for you as the boy belongs to the bed where he was born ; and for the adulterer is the stone i.e. deprivation. Then the Prophet ﷺ said to his wife Sauda bint Zama; Screen yourself from this boy; when he saw the boy resemblance to Utba. Since then the boy did not see Sauda till he died. She further said: We went to Medina and I had an attack of fever for a month; and my hair had come down to the earlobes. Umm Ruman my mother came to me and I was at that time on a swing along with my playmates. She called me loudly and I went to her and I did not know what she had wanted of me. She took hold of my hand and took me to the door; and I was saying: Ha; ha as if I was gasping ; until the agitation of my heart was over. She took me to a house; where had gathered the women of the Ansar. They all blessed me and wished me good luck and said: May you have share in good. She my mother entrusted me to them. They washed my head and embellished me and nothing frightened me. Allah Messenger ; ﷺ came there in the morning; and I was entrusted to him. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-9702		Abu Saeed narrated: The Messenger of Allah s.a.w entered his Mousalla and saw the people who looked as if they were smiling. So he said: Indeed; if you were to increase in remembrance of the severer of pleasures; then you would find yourselves too busy for what I see. So increase in remembrance of death; the severer of pleasures. For indeed there is no day that comes upon the grave except that it speaks; saying: I am thee house of the estranged; I am the house of the solitude; I am the house of dust; and I am the house of the worm-eaten. When the believing worshipper is buried; the grave says to him: Welcome; make yourself comfortable. Indeed; to me; you are the most beloved of those who walked upon me. Since you have been entrusted to me and delivered to me today; you shall see what I have arranged for you. It will then widen for him so that his sight extends; and the door to Paradise is opened for him. And when the wicked worshipper or the disbeliever is buried ; the grave says to him: You are not welcome; do not get comfortable. Indeed; to me; you are the most hated of those who walked upon me. Since you have been entrusted to me and delivered to me today; you shall see what I have arranged for you. He said: It will begin closing in on him squeezing him until his ribs are crushing each other. He said: The Messenger of Allah s.a.w clasped some of his fingers between others and said: Seventy giant serpents will constrict him; if even one of them were to hiss on the earth; nothing upon it would grow as long as it remained. They will chew on him and bite him until he is brought to the Reckoning. He said: The Messenger of Allah s.a.w said: The grave is but a garden from the gardens of Paradise; or a pit from the pits of the Fire. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said to her; Go away until you give birth. When she had given birth; she came to him. The Messenger of Allah; may Allah bless him and grant him peace; said to her; Go away until you have suckled and weaned the baby. When she had weaned the baby; she came to him. He said; Go and entrust the baby to someone. She entrusted the baby to someone and then came to him. He gave the order and she was stoned.
