SahihAlBukhari-017-001-1220 | Narrated Jabir Bin Abdullah: We were in the company of Allah Messenger ﷺ and we assumed the state of Ihram of Hajj and arrived at Mecca on the fourth of Dhu AlHijja. The Prophet ﷺ ordered us to perform the Tawaf around the Kaba and Sai between AlSafa and AlMarwa and use our lhram just for Umra; and finish the state of Ihram unless we had our Hadi with us. None of us had the Hadi with him except the Prophet ﷺ and Talha. Ali came from Yemen and brought the Hadi with him. Ali said; I had assumed the state of Ihram with the same intention as that with which Allah Messenger ﷺ had assumed it. The people said; How can we proceed to Mina and our male organs are dribbling? Allah Messenger ﷺ said; If I had formerly known what I came to know latterly; I would not have brought the Hadi; and had there been no Hadi with me; I would have finished my Ihram. Suraqa bin Malik met the Prophet ﷺ while he was throwing pebbles at the Jamrat AlAqaba; and asked; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Is this permitted for us only? The Prophet ﷺ replied. No; it is forever Aisha had arrived at Mecca while she was menstruating; therefore the Prophet ﷺ ordered her to perform all the ceremonies of Hajj except the Tawaf around the Kaba; and not to perform her prayers unless and until she became clean. When they encamped at AlBatha; Aisha said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! You are proceeding after performing both Hajj and Umra while I am proceeding with Hajj only? So the Prophet ﷺ ordered Abdulrahman Bin Abu Bakr AlSiddiq to go with her to AlTanim; and so she performed the Umra in Dhu AlHijja after the days of the Hajj. | The Chapter on Menustration In Alhajj in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on If I had formerly known what I came to know recently in Sahih AlBukhari

So I said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! We were living in ignorance and in an extremely worst atmosphere; then Allah brought to us this good i.e.; Islam ; will there be any evil after this good? He said; Yes. I said; Will there be any good after that evil? He replied; Yes; but it will be tainted not pure. I asked; What will be its taint? He replied; There will be some people who will guide others not according to my tradition? You will approve of some of their deeds and disapprove of some others. I asked; Will there be any evil after that good? He replied; Yes; there will be some people calling at the gates of the Hell Fire; and whoever will respond to their call; will be thrown by them into the Hell Fire. I said; O Allah s Apostle! Will you describe them to us? He said; They will be from our own people and will speak our language. I said; What do you order me to do if such a state should take place in my life? He said; Stick to the group of Muslims and their Imam ruler. I said; If there is neither a group of Muslims nor an Imam ruler ? He said; Then turn away from all those sects even if you were to bite eat the roots of a tree till death overtakes you while you are in that state. | The Chapter on Hell Fire And Suicide in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on If there is no righteous group of Muslims in Sahih AlBukhari

And when we arrived in Mecca the Prophet ﷺ ordered us to finish the state of Ihram; saying; Finish your lhram and go to your wives for sexual relation. Jabir added; The Prophet did not oblige us to go to our wives but he only made that legal for us. Then he heard that we were saying; When there remains only five days between us and the Day of Arafat he orders us to finish our Ihram by sleeping with our wives in which case we will proceed to Arafat with our male organs dribbling with semen? Jabir pointed out with his hand illustrating what he was saying. Allah Messenger ﷺ stood up and said; You People know that I am the most Allah-fearing; the most truthful and the best doer of good deeds pious from among you. If I had not brought the Hadi with me; I would have finished my Ihram as you will do; so finish your Ihram. He replied; Allah and His Apostle asylum granted to Dhimmis; i.e. non-Muslims living in a Muslim territory will be outraged; and so Allah will make the hearts of these Dhimmis so daring that they will refuse to pay the Jizya they will be supposed to pay. | The Chapter on Idolaters And Infidels And Day Of Resurrections in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The sin of a person who makes a covenant and then proves treacherous in Sahih AlBukhari
SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4137 | Narrated Abu Huraira: We were in the company of the Prophet ﷺ at a banquet and a cooked mutton forearm was set before him; and he used to like it. He ate a morsel of it and said; I will be the chief of all the people on the Day of Resurrection. Do you know how Allah will gather all the first and the last people in one level place where an observer will be able to see all of them and they will be able to hear the announcer; and the sun will come near to them. Some People will say: Dont you see; in what condition you are and the state to which you have reached? Why dont you look for a person who can intercede for you with your Lord? Some people will say: Appeal to your father; Adam. They will go to him and say: O Adam! You are the father of all mankind; and Allah created you with His Own Hands; and ordered the angels to prostrate for you; and made you live in Paradise. Will you not intercede for us with your Lord? Dont you see in what miserable state we are; and to what condition we have reached? On that Adam will reply; My Lord is so angry as He has never been before and will never be in the future; besides ; He forbade me to eat from the tree; but I disobeyed Him ; I am worried about myself! Myself! Go to somebody else; go to Noah. They will go to Noah and say; O Noah! You are the first amongst the messengers of Allah to the people of the earth; and Allah named you a thankful slave. Dont you see in what a miserable state we are and to what condition we have reached? Will you not intercede for us with your Lord? Noah will reply: Today my Lord has become so angry as he had never been before and will never be in the future Myself! Myself! Go to the Prophet Muhammad. The people will come to me; and I will prostrate myself underneath Allah Throne. Then I will be addressed: O Muhammad! SahihAlBukhari-017-001-4432 | Narrated Aisha: the wife of the Prophet Whenever Allah Messenger ﷺ intended to go on a journey; he would draw lots amongst his wives and would take with him the one upon whom the lot fell. During a Ghazwa of his; he drew lots amongst us and the lot fell upon me; and I proceeded with him after Allah had decreed the use of the veil by women. I was carried in a Howdah on the camel and dismounted while still in it. When Allah Messenger ﷺ was through with his Ghazwa and returned home; and we approached the city of Medina; Allah Messenger ﷺ ordered us to proceed at night. When the order of setting off was given; I walked till I was past the army to answer the call of nature. After finishing I returned to the camp to depart with the others and suddenly realized that my necklace over my chest was missing. So; I returned to look for it and was delayed because of that. The people who used to carry me on the camel; came to my Howdah and put it on the back of the camel; thinking that I was in it; as; at that time; women were light in weight; and thin and lean; and did not use to eat much. So; those people did not feel the difference in the heaviness of the Howdah while lifting it; and they put it over the camel. At that time I was a young lady. They set the camel moving and proceeded on. I found my necklace after the army had gone; and came to their camp to find nobody. So; I went to the place where I used to stay; thinking that they would discover my absence and come back in my search. While in that state; I felt sleepy and slept. Safwan Bin Muattal AlSulami AlDhakwani was behind the army and reached my abode in the morning. When he saw a sleeping person; he came to me; and he used to see me before veiling. So; I got up when I heard him saying; Inna lil-lah-wa inn a ilaihi rajiun We are for Allah; and we will return to Him. He made his camel knell down. He got down from his camel; and put his leg on the front legs of the camel and then I rode and sat over it. Safwan set out walking; leading the camel by the rope till we reached the army who had halted to take rest at midday. Then whoever was meant for destruction; fell into destruction; some people accused me falsely and the leader of the false accusers was Abdullah Bin Ubai Bin Salul. After that we returned to Medina; and I became ill for one month while the people were spreading the forged statements of the false accusers. I was feeling during my ailment as if I were not receiving the usual kindness from the Prophet ﷺ which I used to receive from him when I got sick. But he would come; greet and say; How is that girl ? I did not know anything of what was going on till I recovered from my ailment and went out with Um Mistah to the Manasi where we used to answer the call of nature; and we used not to go to answer the call of nature except from night to night and that was before we had lavatories near to our houses. And this habit of ours was similar to the habit of the old Arabs in the open country or away from houses. So. I and Um Mistah bint Ruhm went out walking. Um Mistah stumbled because of her long dress and on that she said; Let Mistah be ruined. I said; You are saying a bad word. Why are you abusing a man who took part in the battle of Badr? She said; O Hanata you there didnt you hear what they said? Then she told me the rumors of the false accusers. My sickness was aggravated; and when I returned home; Allah Messenger ﷺ came to me; and after greeting he said; How is that girl ? I requested him to allow me to go to my parents. I wanted then to be sure of the news through them I Allah Messenger ﷺ allowed me; and I went to my parents and asked my mother; What are the people talking about? She said; O my daughter! Dont worry much about this matter. By Allah; never is there a charming woman loved by her husband who has other wives; but the women would forge false news about her. I said; Glorified be Allah! Are the people really taking of this matter? That night I kept on weeping and could not sleep till morning. In the morning Allah Messenger ﷺ called Ali Bin Abu Talib and Usama Bin Zaid when he saw the Divine Inspiration delayed; to consul them about divorcing his wife i.e. Aisha. Usama Bin Zaid said what he knew of the good reputation of his wives and added; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Keep you wife; for; by Allah; we know nothing about her but good. Ali Bin Abu Talib said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Allah has no imposed restrictions on you; and there are many women other than she; yet you may ask the woman-servant who will tell you the truth. On that Allah Messenger ﷺ called Buraira and said; O Burair. Did you ever see anything which roused your suspicions about her? Buraira said; No; by Allah Who has sent you with the Truth; I have never seen in her anything faulty except that she is a girl of immature age; who sometimes sleeps and leaves the dough for the goats to eat. On that day Allah Messenger ﷺ ascended the pulpit and requested that somebody support him in punishing Abdullah Bin Ubai Bin Salul. Allah Apostle said; Who will support me to punish that person Abdullah Bin Ubai Bin Salul who has hurt me by slandering the reputation of my family? By Allah; I know nothing about my family but good; and they have accused a person about whom I know nothing except good; and he never entered my house except in my company. Saad Bin Muadh got up and said; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! by Allah; I will relieve you from him. If that man is from the tribe of the Aus; then we will chop his head off; and if he is from our brothers; the Khazraj; then order us; and we will fulfill your order. On that Saad Bin Ubada; the chief of the Khazraj and before this incident; he had been a pious man; got up; motivated by his zeal for his tribe and said; By Allah; you have told a lie; you cannot kill him; and you will never be able to kill him. On that Usaid Bin AlHadir got up and said to Saad Bin Ubada ; By Allah! you are a liar. By Allah; we will kill him; and you are a hypocrite; defending the hypocrites. On this the two tribes of Aus and Khazraj got excited and were about to fight each other; while Allah Messenger ﷺ was standing on the pulpit. He got down and quieted them till they became silent and he kept quiet. On that day I kept on weeping so much so that neither did my tears stop; nor could I sleep. In the morning my parents were with me and I had wept for two nights and a day; till I thought my liver would burst from weeping. While they were sitting with me and I was weeping; an Ansari woman asked my permission to enter; and I allowed her to come in. She sat down and started weeping with me. While we were in this state; Allah Messenger ﷺ came and sat down and he had never sat with me since the day they forged the accusation. No revelation regarding my case came to him for a month. He recited Tashah-hud i.e. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is His Apostle and then said; O Aisha! I have been informed such-and-such about you; if you are innocent; then Allah will soon reveal your innocence; and if you have committed a sin; then repent to Allah and ask Him to forgive you; for when a person confesses his sin and asks Allah for forgiveness; Allah accepts his repentance. When Allah Messenger ﷺ finished his speech my tears ceased completely and there remained not even a single drop of it. I requested my father to reply to Allah Messenger ﷺ on my behalf. My father said; By Allah; I do not know what to say to Allah Messenger ﷺ. I said to my mother; Talk to Allah Messenger ﷺ on my behalf. She said; By Allah; I do not know what to say to Allah Apostle. I was a young girl and did not have much knowledge of the Quran. I said. I know; by Allah; that you have listened to what people are saying and that has been planted in your minds and you have taken it as a truth. Now; if I told you that I am innocent and Allah knows that I am innocent; you would not believe me and if I confessed to you falsely that I am guilty; and Allah knows that I am innocent you would believe me. By Allah; I dont compare my situation with you except to the situation of Joseph father i.e. Jacob who said; So for me patience is most fitting against that which you assert and it is Allah Alone whose help can be sought. Then I turned to the other side of my bed hoping that Allah would prove my innocence. By Allah I never thought that Allah would reveal Divine Inspiration in my case; as I considered myself too inferior to be talked of in the Holy Quran. I had hoped that Allah Messenger ﷺ might have a dream in which Allah would prove my innocence. By Allah; Allah Apostle had not got up and nobody had left the house before the Divine Inspiration came to Allah Apostle. So; there overtook him the same state which used to overtake him; when he used to have; on being inspired divinely. He was sweating so much so that the drops of the sweat were dropping like pearls though it was a cold wintry day. When that state of Allah Messenger ﷺ was over; he was smiling and the first word he said; Aisha! Thank Allah; for Allah has declared your innocence. My mother told me to go to Allah Messenger ﷺ. I replied; By Allah I will not go to him and will not thank but Allah. So Allah revealed: Verily! They who spread the slander are a gang among you... 24.11 When Allah gave the declaration of my Innocence; Abu Bakr; who used to provide for Mistah Bin Uthatha for he was his relative; said; By Allah; I will never provide Mistah with anything because of what he said about Aisha. But Allah later revealed: - And let not those who are good and wealthy among you swear not to help their kinsmen; those in need and those who left their homes in Allah Cause. Let them forgive and overlook. Do you not wish that Allah should forgive you? Verily! Allah is Oft-forgiving; Most Merciful. 24.22 After that Abu Bakr said; Yes ! By Allah! I like that Allah should forgive me; and resumed helping Mistah whom he used to help before. Allah Messenger ﷺ also asked Zainab bint Jahsh i.e. the Prophet wife about me saying; What do you know and what did you see? She replied; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! I refrain to claim hearing or seeing what I have not heard or seen. By Allah; I know nothing except goodness about Aisha. Aisha further added Zainab was competing with me in her beauty and the Prophet love ; yet Allah protected her from being malicious ; for she had piety. | The Chapter on Parents Slander And Innocence in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on The women attesting each other in Sahih AlBukhari

So; he rode over his horse called AlJarada and requested them to give him his lash; but they refused. So; he himself took it and then attacked the opener and slaughtered it. He ate of its meat and his companions ate; too; but they regretted their eating. When they met the Prophet they asked him about it and he asked; Have you some of its meat left with you? Allah Messenger ﷺ was ahead of us. All of my companions were in the state of Ihram while I was a non-Muhrim. They saw an onager while I was busy repairing my shoes; so they did not tell me about it but they wished I had seen it. By chance I looked up and saw it. So; I turned to the horse; saddled it and rode on it; forgetting to take the spear and the whip. I asked them if they could hand over to me the whip and the spear but they said; No; by Allah; we shall not help you in that in any way. I became angry and got down from the horse; picked up both the things and rode the horse again. I attacked the onager and slaughtered it; and brought it after it had been dead. They took it cooked some of it and started eating it; but they doubted whether it was allowed for them to eat it or not; as they were in the state of Ihram. So; we proceeded and I hid with me one of its fore-legs. When we met Allah Messenger ﷺ and asked him about the case; he asked; Do you have a portion of it with you? So; they took the route of the seashore; and when they started all of them assumed Ihram except Abu Qatada. While they were proceeding on; his companions saw a group of onagers. Abu Qatada chased the onagers and attacked and wounded a sheonager. They got down and ate some of its meat and said to each other: How do we eat the meat of the game while we are in a state of Ihram? So; we they carried the rest of the onager meat; and when they met Allah Messenger ﷺ they asked; saying; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! Later; we said; to each other ; How do we eat the meat of the game and we are in a state of Ihram? So; we carried the rest of its meat. So I returned to my wife and said; Have you got anything to eat ; for I have seen Allah Messenger ﷺ in a state of severe hunger. She brought out for me; a bag containing one Sa of barley; and we had a domestic she animal i.e. a kid which I slaughtered then; and my wife ground the barley and she finished at the time I finished my job i.e. slaughtering the kid. Then I cut the meat into pieces and put it in an earthenware cooking pot; and returned to Allah Messenger ﷺ. My wife said; Do not disgrace me in front of Allah Apostle and those who are with him. So I went to him and said to him secretly; O Allah Messenger ﷺ ! I have slaughtered a animal i.e. kid of ours; and we have ground a Sa of barley which was with us. So please come; you and another person along with you. The Prophet ﷺ raised his voice and said; O people of Trench ! Jabir has prepared a meal so let us go. Allah Messenger ﷺ said to me; Dont put down your earthenware meat pot from the fireplace or bake your dough till I come. So I came to my house and Allah Messenger ﷺ too; came; proceeding before the people. When I came to my wife; she said; May Allah do so-and-so to you. I said; I have told the Prophet ﷺ of what you said. Then she brought out to him i.e. the Prophet ﷺ the dough; and he spat in it and invoked for Allah Blessings in it. Then he proceeded towards our earthenware meat-pot and spat in it and invoked for Allah Blessings in it. Then he said to my wife. Call a lady-baker to bake along with you and keep on taking out scoops from your earthenware meat-pot; and do not put it down from its fireplace. If they should come to us for peace then Allah will destroy a spy from the pagans; or otherwise we will leave them in a miserable state. On that Abu Bakr said; O Allah Apostle! SahihMuslim-017-001-17722 | It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Humaid AlSaidi who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ appointed a man from the Asad tribe who was called Ibn Lutbiya in charge of Sadaqa i. e. authorised hign to receive Sadaqa from the people on behalf of the State. When he returned with the collictions ; he said: This is for you and this is mine as it was presented to me as a gift. The narrator said: The Messenger of Allah may peace be upod him stood on the pulpit and praised God and extolled Him. Then he said: What about a State official whom I give an assignment and who comes and says: This is for you and this has been presented to me as a gift? Why didnt he remain in the house of his father or the house of his mother so that he could observe whether gifts were presented to him or not. By the Being in Whose Hand is the life of Muhammad; any one of you will not take anything from it but will bring it on the Day of Judgment; carrying on his neck a camel that will be growling; or a cow that will be bellowing or an ewe that will be bleating. SahihMuslim-017-001-18610 | It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Shamasa Mahri that he said: We went to Amr Bin AlAs and he was about to die. He wept for a long time and turned his face towards the wall. His son said: Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ not give you tidings of this? Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ not give you tidings of this? He the narrator said: He turned his face towards the audience and said: The best thing which we can count upon is the testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Verily I have passed through three phases. The first one in which I found myself averse to none else more than I was averse to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and there was no other desire stronger in me than the one that I should overpower him and kill him. Had I died in this state; I would have been definitely one of the denizens of Fire. When Allah instilled the love of Islam in my heart; I came to the Apostle ﷺ and said: Stretch out your right hand so that may pledge my allegiance to you. He stretched out his right hand; I withdrew my hand; He the Holy Prophet said: What has happened to you; O Amr? replied: I intend to lay down some condition. He asked: What condition do you intend to put forward? I said: should be granted pardon. He the Holy Prophet observed: Are you not aware of the fact that Islam wipes out all the previous misdeeds ? Verily migration wipes out all the previous misdeeds ; and verily the pilgrimage wipes out all the previous misdeeds. And then no one as or dear to me than the Messenger of Allah and none was more sublime in my eyes than he; Never could I; pluck courage to catch a full glimpse of his face due to its splendour. So if I am asked to describe his features; I cannot do that for I have not eyed him fully. Had I died in this state had every reason to hope that I would have bee among the dwellers of Paradise. Then we were responsible for certain things in the light of which I am unable to know what is in store for me. When I die; let neither female mourner nor fire accompany me. When you bury me; fill my grave well with earth; then stand around it for the time within which a camel is slaughtered and its meat is distributed so that I may enjoy your intimacy and in your company ascertain what answer I can give to the messengers angels of Allah. | The Chapter on Love And Emotions Supplications in HodHood Indexing, Chapter on 54 in Sahih Muslim

SahihMuslim-017-001-19044 | Masruq reported: We were sitting in the company of Abdullah and he was lying on the bed that a person came and said: Abd Abd AlRabmin; a story-teller at the gates of Kinda says that the verse of the Quran which deals with the smoke implies that which is about to come and it would hold the breath of the infidels and would inflict the believers with cold. Thereupon Abdullah got up and said in anger. O people; fear Allah and say only that which one knows amongst you and do not say which he does not know and he should simply say: Allah has the best knowledge for He has the best knowledge amongst all of you. It does not behove him to say that which he does not know. Allah has the best knowledge of it. Verily Allah; the Exalted and Glorious; said to His Prophet ﷺ to state: I do not ask from you any remuneration and I am not the one to put you in trouble; and when Allah Mesqenger ﷺ saw people turning back from religion he said: O Allah; afflict thern with seven famines as was done in the case of Yousif; so they were afflicted with famine by which they were forced to eat everything until they were obliged to eat the hides and the dead bodies because of hunger; and every one of them looked towards the sky and he found a smoke. And Abu Sufyan came and he said: Muhammad; you have come to command us to obey Allah and cement the ties of blood- relation whereas your people are undone; supplicate Allah for tlicm. Thereupon Allah; the Exalted and Glorious; said: Wait for the day when there would be clear smoke from the sky which would envelop people and that would be grievous torivent up to the words: you are going to return to evil. if this verse implied the torment of the next life could the chastisement of the next life be averted as the Quran states : On the day when We seize them with the most violent seizing; surely We shall exact retribution xliv. 16 ? The seizing in the hadith implies that of the Day of Badr. And when they would reach the plain ground they would be sunk. We said: Allah Messenger; all sorts of people throng the path. Thereupon he said: Yes; there would be amongst them people who would come with definite designs and those who would come under duress and there would be travellers also; but they would all be destroyed through one stroke of destruction. though they would be raised in different states on the Day of Resurrection. SunanAlTermithi-017-001-9676 | Abu Huraira narrated: Some meat was brought to the Prophet ﷺ and a foreleg was presented to him; and he used to like it; so he bit from it. Then he said: I will be the Leader of the people on the Day of Resurrection. Do you know why that is? Allah will gather the people; the first and the last; on one level ground where they will all be able to hear a caller; and all of them will be visible; and the sun will be brought near such that the people will suffer distress and trouble that they cannot tolerate nor bear. Then some people will say: Dont you see the state you have reached? Why dont you look for a person who can intercede for you with your Lord? Some of them will say to others: You should go to Adam. So they will go to Adam and say; You are the father of all mankind; Allah created you with His Own Hands; and breathed into you from His spirit which He creted for you and ordered the angels to prostrate for you. Will you not intercede for us with your Lord? Dont you see what has happened to us? Dont you see the state we have reached? On that Adam will reply; Today my Lord has become angry such that He has never before been angry; and will never be thereafter. He forbade me to eat from the tree; but I disobeyed Him ; Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to somebody else; Go to Nuh. They will go to Nuh and say: O Nuh! You are the first among the Messengers to the people of the earth; and Allah named you a thankful slave. Will you not intercede for us with your Lord? Dont you see what has happened to us? Dont you see the state we have reached? Nuh will say to them : Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry; and will never be thereafter. I had been given one supplication; and I supplicated against my own people. Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else! Go to Ibrahim. They will go to Ibrahim and say: O Ibrahim! You are Allah Prophet and His Khalil among the people of the earth; so intercede for us with your Lord; dont you see what hads happened to us? He will say: Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry and will never be thereafter. Indeed I uttered three lies.- Abu Hayyan a narrator mentioned them in his narration - Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else! Go to Mousa. So they will go to Mousa and say: O Mousa! You are the Messenger of Allah who Allah distinguished above the people with His Message and His Speech; intercede for us with your Lord. Dont you see what has happened to us? So he will say Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry and will never be thereafter. Indeed I killed a person whom I was ordered not to kill. Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else; Go to Eisa. They will go to Eisa and say: O Eisa ! You are the Messenger of Allah and His Word which He placed into Mariam; and a Spirit from Him; and you spoke to the people in the cradle. Intercede for us with your Lord. Dont you see what has happened to us? Then Eisa will say: Today my Lord has become angry as He has never before been angry and will never be thereafter. He will not mention a sin; but will say: Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else! Go to Muhammad. He said: They will go to Muhammad s.a.w and they say: O Muhammad! You are the Messenger of Allah and the last of the Prophets; and your past and future sins have been pardoned. Will you not intercede for us with your Lord; dont you see what has happened to us? Then I will depart until I come to under the Throne to fall prostrating before my Lord. Then Allah will guide me to such praises and beautiful statements of glorification which He did not guide anyone to before me. Then He will say: O Muhammad! Raise your head. Ask;so that you may be granted and intercede so that your intercession may be accepted. I will raise my head and say: O Lord! My Ummah! O Lord! My Ummah! O Lord! My Ummah! He will say: O Muhammad! Let those of your Ummah who have no accounts enter the gate on the right among the gates of Paradise; and they shall share in the gates other than that with the people. MuwataMalik-017-001-34803 | Yahya related to me from Malik that Yahya Ibn Said said that Abu Bakr Ibn Muhammad Ibn Amr Ibn Hazm informed him that he had taken a Nabatean who had stolen some iron rings and jailed him in order to cut off his hand. Amra bint Abdulrahman sent a girl mawla to him called Umaya. Abu Bakr said that she had come to him while he was among the people and said that his aunt Amra sent word to him saying; Son of my brother! You have taken a Nabatean for something insignificant which was mentioned to me. Do you want to cut off his hand? He had said; Yes. She said; Amra says to you not to cut off the hand except for a quarter of a dinar and upwards. Abu Bakr added; So I let the Nabatean go. Malik said; The generally agreed on way of doing things among us about the confession of slaves is that if a slave confesses something against himself; the hadd and punishment for it is inflicted on his body. His confession is accepted from him and one does not suspect that he would inflict something on himself. Malik said; As for the one of them who confesses to a matter which will incur damages agains this master; his confession is not accepted against his master. Malik said; One does not cut off the hand of a hireling or a man who is with some people to serve them; if he robs them; because his state is not the state of a thief. His state is the state of a treacherous one. The treacherous one does not have his hand cut off. Malik said about a person who borrows something and then denies it; His hand is not cut off. He is like a man who owes a debt to another man and denies it. He does not have his hand cut off for what he has denied. Malik said; The generally agreed-on way of dealing among us; with the thief who is found in a house and has gathered up goods and has not taken them out; is that his hand is not cut off. That is like the man who places wine before him to drink it and does not do it. The hadd is not imposed on him. That is like a man who sits with a woman and desires to have haram intercourse with her and does not do it and he does not reach her. There is no hadd against that either. Malik said; The generally agreed-on way of doing things among us is that there is no cutting off the hand for what is taken by chance; openly and in haste; whether or not its price reaches that for which the hand is cut off. | The Chapter on Fornication And Adultery Legal Punishment in HodHood Indexing, The Book of Speech in Muwata Malik |
